NORTHLAND TUNNEL
PLANS NOT YET APPROVED “Has the Public Works Department yet approved of the plans for the Northland tunnel?” was a question asked the Mayor (Mr. C. J. B. Norwood) at last night’s meeting of the City Council. The Mayor replied that the plans had net yet been approved, and the work could consequently not be proceeded with until official approval had been received.
