URGED TO DECLARE POLICY
NATIONALIST PRESS CAMPAIGN (Rec. May 4, 11.15 p.m.) London, May 4. “The Times” Berlin correspondent states that the German Leftist parties are urging the Government to declare its foreign policy, and intentions, especially in regard to Cologne and the Security Pact. Meanwhile, an important section of the Nationalist Press has begun a new offensive, not only against the pact, to which it_ objects, because it involves a renunciation of Alsace-Lorraine, but against the Dawes scheme, to which it attributes the proposed increase in. the German railway fares.—“ The Times.”
