WITHOUT A CABINET FOR A MONTH COMPLETE DEADLOCK REACHED (Rec. May 4, 11.15 p.m.) London. AJfcy 4. “The Times” Brussels correspondent states that Belgium now has been a month without a Cabinet, following on AL Brogueville’s failure to form one. The situation mow is more complicated than ever. No one of the three parties has an absolute majority, and no two arc willing to entej; into a coalition. The result is a complete deadlock. The possibility of fresh elections has already been mentioned.— “The Times.”
