IMPROVEMENT MAIN- ' TAINED The following official bulletin was issued yesterday 7 at 12.30 p.m. “There has been a slight improvement in the Prime Minister’s condition during the last forty-eight hours, the most serious symptoms having lessened in intensity.” A friend who saw Mr. Alassev for half an hour on Saturday said he looked better than he anticipated he would be. The Mt. Cook householders last night passed the following resolution: “That this meeting desires to express its deep sympathy with the Rt. Hon. the Prime Minister (Mr. W F. Massey) in his illness, and with Mrs. Massey, and hopes that Mr. Massey will soon be restored to health.” At the Silverstrea-m householders’ meeting last night, a motion of sympathy with Air. and Airs. Alassey 7 in the illness of the Prime Minister was carried, and a similar motion was passed at the Karori meeting. The annual meeting of householders of the Lansdowne School district last evening passed a resolution of sincere sympathy’ with the Prime Alinister in his illness. At the meeting of the Brooklyn School Committee last night, the householders expressed their deepest sympathy with the Prime Minister in his serious illness, and the hope that his reported improvement will be continued until he is completely restored to health. The following resolution was passed as the annual meeting of householders at Lvall Bay last evening .-—“That this meeting of householders of the Lyall Bav School district deeply regrets the serious and long illness of the Prime Alinister (Right Hon. W. F. Massey), and expresses its sympathy with Mrs. Alassey and family.”
