TRANSFER OF LAND TITLES REFUSED London, Alay 1. A meeting of the Anglo-French War Graves Committee discussed the transfer of the land titles of 79 British cemeteries, which the communal authorities arc refusing, on the ground that 100 much land is occupied. Ihe Communes contended that the cemeteries should be concentrated. The French members of the committee agreed to do their utmost, to induce the Communes to allow the transfers. —Reuter. /
