Wilbert Stanley Clark, master of the steamer Awahou, whs charged at the Court to-day with allowing the vessel’s I’limsoll mark to submerge two inches'aud a -half. The breach was corrected immediately Ins attention was drawn to it by the removal ot seventeen tons of deck gargo. lhe Court held that the offence was not serious, and dismissed the charge on payment of costs.
