London, December 25. Reports from Tho Hague state that the ex-Kaiser is undoubtedly planning to marry Frau Rochow, the war widow, of an officer. She ie of hie own age. Tho report is denied by Wilhelm’s entourage, but it is, significant that Marshal von Gothard' was dismissed after he had been heard loudly disputing with the exmonarch concerning the .cntanglemen .
