SIR GEORGE FULLER FORMS A MINISTRY BUT ANTICIPATES DEFEAT AND RESIGNS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. December 20, 10.25 p.m.) Sydney, December 20. Sir George Fuller has formed a Ministry, which has been sworn in, as follows :— Sir George Fuller, Premier. Mr. W. E. Wearue, Minister of Lands. Sir Joseph Carruthers, Vice-Pesident of the Executive Council. Mr. C. W. Oakes, Chief Secretary and Minister of Health. Colonel Henley, Minister of Works, Railways, and Housing. Mr. J. C. L. Fitzpatrick, Minister of Mines a’nd Local Government. Mr. T. J. Ley, Minister of Education, Labour, and Industry. Mr. A. A. C. Cocks, Colonial Treasurer. It is understood that Captain Chnffey will be appointed Minister of Agriculture. When the House met Mr. D. Levy was elected Speaker, and the House adjourned until later in the day. Seven Progressive members have formed n cave, but state that they will support the Government until a dissolution. — Press Assn. (Rec. December 21, 1.15 a.m,) Sydney, December 20. In the Legislative Assembly, on the motion for adjournment, ■ the Coalition Government was defeated, and Sir George Fuller resigned.—Press Assn. MR. DOOLEY TO RE-FORM GOVERNMENT (Rec. December 1, 1.15 a.m.) Sydney, December 20. Sir George Fuller, before resigning, requested a dissolution. The Governor declined, but sent for Mr. Dooley, -who has been commissioned to re-form the Government. It is understood it will he. the same Ministry as before. Sir George Fuller - was not defeated on division, but anticipating defeat resigned, when the Legislative Assembly met after the Governor refused to accede to his request for a dissolution.—Press Assn.
