IMPERIAL WIRELESS CHAIN
INTERMEDIATE STATIONS ADVOCATED. (Rec. December 14. 9 p.m.) London, December 13. Tho Postmaster-General, in a communique to tho newspapers in connection with wireless messages to Australia, points out that experts who aro advising the Government regarding the construction of further stations in the Imperial chain, are of opinion that greater reliability and cheapness will lie ensured bv the use of intermediate stations about 2.500 miles apart, which would bo able to maintain communication when a direct service was impossible.—Aus.-N.Z.
