Included in the cargo of tho West Islip, which arrived at Auckland from San Francisco yesterday, were 1600 cases of fruit. The Hutt River Board decided yesterday to enter into a contract for tho supply of broom for 4he construction of new groynes. The work is to be commenced immediately.
