MR J T PAUL DECLINES NOMINATION. Bv Teleeraiffi 1 free bit un,. Dunedin, December 9. Mr. J. T. Paul has declined nomination for tho position of workers’ representative on tho Arbitration Court. In announcing this decision. Mr. Paul said: "My only anxiety in this connection is that unions, when the time comes for an official nomination, will bo careful to choose a man who is in sympathy with the principles of arbitration, 'so that the whole community may reap the advantages of the system.”
