SYDNEY SYNOD REJECTS NEXUS PROPOSAL. Sydney, November 26. Tho Anglican Synod’ of tho Sydney Diocese rejected the proposal of. the General Synod on the nexus question. It passed a resolution that any other proposal jeopardising tho position ot the Church as an integral part of the Church of England would also lie unacceptable, 'but that the Synod was prepared to listen to proposals to form the basis of reunion, or the modification or services to suit local needs.-Press Assn.
