MODERATOR-DESIGNATE NOMINATED. Bs Telecranh— Press Association. Dunedin, November 19. At the PresbyterilTn General Assembly this morning, tho Rev. W. J. Comrie, treasurer of the Church, was unanimously nominated as Moderator-designate ot tho 'Presbtverian Uliurch of New Zealand after the withdrawal of all other nominations. Mr. Comrie was nominated bv tho Rev. J. S. Asher, of Napier, who referred to his zeal, wisdom, and general fitness for the position. Professor Hewilson seconded the nomination, which was also supported by Mr. A. J. Entrican, of Auckland.
