ULSTER PARLIAMENT
DATE OF MEETING UNIONISTS AND THE IRISH NEGOTIATIONS (Rec. November 21, 0.5 a.m.) London, November 20. According to a Belfast message, the Ulster Parliament will meet on November 29 instead cf December 13. The Unionists decline to believe that all the difficulties have been solved except Ulster, or that the Dail Eireann has agreed to recognise the sovereignty of the King and accept a modified form of Dominion Home Rule.—Aus.-N.Z.
