WELLINGTON FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION

The annual smoko concert of tho Wellington Football Association was held on Saturday night. There was a largo attendance of members. The following toast list was honoured: “The King,” “New Zealand Football Association” (proposed bv Mr. J. J. Roberts, responded to by Mr. C. E. Fordham). "Wellington Football Association (proposed by Mr? A. G. Barnett, responded to by Mr. W. Auld). "Referees’ Association” (propofod bv Mr. A. E. Wells, responded to bv Air.'c. F. AVard), and “The Press.” During (’ho evening vocal and instrumental items were contributed by Messrs. Martin, Ward, H. Mayer, and K. Jeffs Advantage was taken of tho opportunity by Mr. C. F. Ward to present the Charity Cup, wliich had been won by the Thistle Club. Mr. G. Campbell, club captain, responded on behalf of tho champion team.
