AVIATORS CHARGED

In the Magistrate’s Court to-day. Phillip Kenning Fowler, an aviator employed by tho New Zealand Aero Transport Company, was charged with trick flying, namely, nose-diving over the town of Timaru, and flying at an altitude over the town so low that it was dangerous to the public. Another aviator in ’-liesame ‘plane was similarly charged, but he is ill. and Senior-Sergeant Fahey applied lor the remand of both eases for a fortnight, which was granted. This is tho first ease In Now Zealand under tho Aviation Act.
