PROTEST AGAINST LICENSE PROPOSAL. By Telegraph—Pre is Association. Auckland, October 20. A conference of local bodies protester* against the license proposals of the Motor Vehicles Bill. It approved of taxation by a tyre tax or other form, tho revenue to go to the national highways finance account.
