NEW STREET NAMES

TO OBVIATE DUPLICATION A LONG LIST OF PROPOSED CHANGES The absorption of Onslow, Karori, and Afiramar Boroughs by tho city meant the duplication of many street names in Greater Wellington. AVith a view to ensuring greater clearness of addresses and for a safer guidance to the Fire Brigado, the council decided last night to rename all the streets in the suburbs mentioned which bear names similar 1o those of streets in town.
