CHAINED TO CHURCHES
PUNISHMENT OF TWO MEN IN BELFAST. London, Oetooer, 8. Two men were found chained and padlocked to tho chapels of St. Paul and St. Patrick in Belfast. They laid been arrested by tha Republican police. One had a notice pinned on him stating that he was "a vile person,” and tho other was charged with collecting money fur the Irish Republican army wifhofit authority.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
