The best breaks at the last session were:— Inman, 164, 159; M'Conachy, 169. . Inman, interviewed, said: "M'Conachy reminds me of George Gray. He will be handicapped for some time in his matches in England until he becomes acquainted to the many differences in ivory balls from composition. He will make good, and should become a formidable competitor by the time the championship begins.” M'Conachy is quite fasffinated by the revelations of what can and cannot b{> done with ivory balls. —Aus.-N.Z.
