TYPHOID FEVER SUSPECTED. By Telegraph—Preus AssociationPalmerston North, October 10. Regarding the' reported outbreak of pneumonic influenza at Mnhunoti West pa, near Ohau, Dr. Faris, health officer for tho Wellington district, informed a “Standard” reporter that suspicion has been aroused in the minds of the authorities, owing to symptoms, that the sickness may bo typhoid fever. Tests are being carried out this afternoon.
