Cable Assn. embargo on issue of stocks NOT WITHDRAWN. (Roc. September 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, September 22. Tho Australian Press Association understands that the fact that South Africa is issuing a loan does nore imply the withdrawal of the embargo placed on the issue of Trustee stocks, but exception is made in favour of South Africa, which has £7,000,080 of Treasury bills shortly maturing.—Aus.-N.Z.
