ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD. Allegations of fraud made in the Supremo Court yesterday by John Fisher, tramway employee, against George Hutchinson. The plaintiff (for whom Mr. P. Levi appeared) alleged that towards tho end of 1919 he answered an advertisement offering "splendid opportunities to partner with JUflfl.” Later, ho communicated with the defendant (who was not represented by counsel yesterday, having filrtl no defence) who induced him to put .£35 into the "Aluminium Soldering .Process Company," and -2100 into a partnership account, to be operated by both parties. An agreement was then signed. Six days afterwards Hutchinson disappeared. Plaintiff asked tho Court for dissolution of tho partnership. Tho plaintiff, giving evidence, told of his having replied to tho defendant’s advertisement in a local journal.
