ALLEGED THEFT WITH VIOLENCE
FARM LABOURER'S COMPLAINT.

In tho Magistrate’s Court to-day Thomas James Wliif-e was charged with the theft of £l2, with violence, from tho person of John Henry Russell, form labourer, who alleged that accused' attacked him after he had refused to supply him with Jiquor, knocked him down and abstracted money from his pockets. Accused was committed for trial.
