London, September 8. The steamer Ophir, 6942 tons, was sold at auction for about £6OOO. The Admiralty refused £45,000 for her in March, 1920—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [The Ophir was built in 1891. She is tho vessel in which the present King and Queen visited the Dominions in 1901.]
