PETONE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

The annual congregational meeting of St. David’s Church, Pctone, was' held oh Wednesday evening, x Tho session, report stated that during the year the work of the congregation had progressed steadily, nnd that while there was still much to bo desired there ,had been cause for encouragement and thankfulness. According to the managers’ report, the expenditure had been very heavy, but tho appeals for financial assistance had been liberally responded to, The Sunday collections showed an increase over the previous year s figures of £42 125., while tho sustentation fund had been augmented by £35 19s. Tho following wore elected to the Manngenienh Committee: —Messrs. Cody, Brockelbank, Jackson, Wilson, Sharpe, Kylo. M'Cartney, M'Arthur, Fraser, Furness. KNOX CHURCH, LOWER HUTT. At the annual congregational meeting of Knox Presbyterian Church, Lower Hutt, the following were elected to' the Management Committee:—-Messrs. E. Waldie (clerk), F. B. Watts (treasurer), L. All6n, H. Barron' S. C. Barron, A. Barry, T. D. Beitram, C. Callender, R. B. Clark, J. Campbell, R. Fraser, W. Fuller, L. W. Ferguson, J. F. Hancock, H. Horlor, A. Macaskill, J. Maxwell, and It. Withingtbn.
