The matter of' the election of vice-presidents was left in the hands of the president and a Rub-eommirtce. . It was decided that th-’ memlvers’bip should not exceed 100. and that the annual fee !><. fixed at ~1 !*• The framing of the necessary rules was left to the committee, who are to submit the same for adoption at a later meeting of the association.
