Kwk was fined 20»., in default three days’ imprisonment, for drunkenness; he was convicted and discharged fcr resisting arrest; for damaging a constable’s uniform, he ordered to pay 10s., and for damaging a receptacle in the cells he was ordered to pav 12s. Gd., and. by consent a, prohibition order was issued against him Peter M'Carron was fined 10=., wiin. the option of 48 hours’ imprisonment and for damaging a receptacle m i o cells he was ordered to pay 1-S. Gd., the amount of the damage.
