CHINESE COALFIELDS
TO BE EXPLOITED WITH BRITISH CAPITAL. Sydney, August 20. Mr. A. N. Bishop, who has returned from China, states that coal is obtainable in Hong Kong for 10s. a ton. A company has been formed in China uith British capital, and has acquired some of ths largest coalfields m the world, and in 1924 it will be able to land bunker coal at Newcastle for -C3 per ton. —Press Assn.
