POLAND DISAPPOINTED WITH DECISION ANTI-BRITISH FEELING INCREASING By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. August 16, 9.10 p.m.) London, August 15. The "Morning Post’s" Warsaw coitospondent states that Poland is disappointed with the Silesian decision, and is doubtful of the unbiased character of the future, believing that England will control the League. Tho Government is preparing a Note, asking for an immediate meeting. The anti-British feeling is increasing—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. INVITATIONS TO POLAND AND GERMANY London, August 15. Tho League of Nations has invited Poland to send a delegate to the Council of tho League during the consideration of the Silesian problem, and Germany will be invited to become a temporary member of the League, and to send representative. It is reported from Berlin that no negotiations have been conducted between Germany and Poland, and that Germany continues to claim tb<- whole province, including distaicta in which there is an indisputable Polish majority. —Aus.-N.Z. In tho House of Commons, Mr. Lloyd George, replying to a question, said hq was unable to give the names of the Australian and Canadian representatives to the League of Nations meeting. South! Africa will be represented by Sir Edgar Walton, the High Commissioner; Imlid by tho Maharoo of Cutch, Mr. Sastri, and Sir William Meyer; Britain by Lord Robert Cecil and Dr. Gilbert Murray.-* Aus.-N.Z.
