DOMESTIC DISAGREEMENT
CHARGE OF ATTEMPTED WIFE MURDER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, August 16. William Cannon, a waterside worker, was arrested at Lyttelton on a charge of attempting fo murder Ins wife, Ruby Cannon. He was brought before a Magistrate to-day and remanded. The incident occurred last night. It is stated that Cannon had a disagreement with his wife, produced a revolver and fired a shot at her through the window.
