ARBITRATION COURT
NEXT WELLINGTON SITTING. The quarterly sittings of the Court of Arbitration will be commenced in Wellington on August 23. Cases to be heard are as follow: — ' Compensation Cases. —Henry Urwin v. Union S.S. Co., Ltd.; John M’Gregor v. N.Z. Shipping Co., Ltd.; Alice Dighton v. Charles 'Williams. Disputes.—Wellington shearers and shed hands; Wellington shop assistants (soft goods); Wellington tailoresses, Pressers, cutters, etc.; Wellington manufacturing jewellers and watchmakers; ■Wellington bricklayers; Wellington gardeners: Wellington plasterers. Miscellaneous Cases. —Applications to amend: Wellington, hotel, club, and restaurant workers; private hotels and tearooms. Application for interpretation: Tea rooms. Case on appeal: Waterside Workers’ Federation.
