RIGHT OF APPEAL TO THE COUNTRY: London, August 2. The Australian Press Agency had an interview with Mr. W. M. M'Phcrson (Treasurer of Victoria), who eaid tha» undoubtedly the Victorian Government had th© right of going to th© country Really there should be no difference between tho small section of tho Country members and th© Liberal Party# headed by Mr. Lawson, which included many well-tried country representatives who readily acknowledge that no previous Administration had done so much to advance the country's interests aa the- present Government.
