WRECKAGE ON LORD HOWE ISLAND
Sydney, August 2. Tho wreckage washed ashore on Lord Howe Island is charred, and includes a number of casks of tallow marked "P.A.T..” which the agent for the Canastota states he believes is identical with markings of tallow shipped' by the steamer at Brisbane. —Press Assn.
