July 21, 8.10 p.m.) London, July 20, About seventy members of tho House of Commons have signed a resolution which they propose to submit to tho House, expressing profound dissatisfaction with the result of the Leipzig trials of war criminals, and calling upon the Government forthwith to take stops to enforce the provisions of the Treaty of Versailles. —Reuter.
