COMPANY OF TWO WOUND UP

In the Supreme Court to-day Mr. Justice Adams mads an order winding up Mataia Limited, which is a company of two persona, both directors, viz., Garrett. P. Barry and David Robinson, application being made by the former nnd op. posed by the latter. Tho company had acquired land at K.aipara for £13,350, of which £11,125 remained on mortgage. The balance-sheet showed that the compuny lost £320 tn eleven month*.
