CHINESE GOVERNMENTS
REPRESENTATION AT FAR EASTERN CONFERENCE. Canton, July 17. Sun Yat Sen’s Government has instructed its representative in Washington to inform the United States that the Peking Administration is no longer capable oi representing China, and is therefore not qualified to send a delegate to the Far Eastern Conference. Tho instructions intimate that the Canton Government expects to send a representative to the conference. —Auq.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
