ADMIRAL SIMS’S CHARGES AGAINST MR. DANIELS. Washington, July 17. An Invostigatorial Committee of tho Senate has submitted a majority report, signed by three members, upholding tho charges made by Admiral Sims last year, that Mr. Daniels did not assist the Navy Department efficiently to enter into cooperation with tho Allied forces in the first months after tho United States entered the war. The minority report, signod by two members, denies tho charges, and upholds Mr. Daniels. —Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
