At Toronto, Peach and Todd won the Canadian open Doubles ChampionshiT), defeating Bennett and Holmes (Winnineg), 6—4, 5 —7, 7—5, 6—4. Tho game wns keenly contested, and play wns fairly even until tho Inst two sots, when the Australians got tho upper hand. Todd was in particularly good form. Bonnett, and Holmes have been chosen to represent Canada in the Davis Cup matches.—Reuter.
