GREAT DECLINE ANNOUNCED. (Rec. July 17, 11.5 p.m.) Washington, July 11 (delayed). The Department of Commerce announces that American foreign trade for the fiscal year ended June 30 was three thousand million dollars less than in '1920. The Exports totalled 6519 millions dollars, and the imports 3666 millions. Gold imports totalled 646 million dollars, compared with 150 millions during 1920 — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
