DRAW YOUNG WOMEN FROM COUNTRY. Sydney, June 16. The census of New South Wales has disclosed that, in Sydney and tho suburbs, marriageable womep outnumber the men by 32,742, whereas in tho provincial and country districts, marriageable men outnumber the women by 69,231. Ono of the main Mrs against adjusting the discrepancy is that the attractions of the city draw young vomen from the country life.—Press Assn.
