NEGOTIATIONS WITH AMERICAN AND LONDON BANKERS. (Rec. July 17, 11.5 p.m.) New York, July 14. The “New York Times” financial expert states that German agents are negotiating with four groups of American bankers for short-time credits totalling fifty-nine million dollars, to purchase grain products.
