AUSTRALIA-NEW ZEALAND FLIGHT
• By Telegraph—Presß Association. GishornCj July 16. Air. Wilson, who asked to be allowed to accompany Lieutenant Briggs on his proposed flight from Australia to Now Zealand, has received the following reply: "So sorry, going solo; fuel takes other accommodation.” Mr. W. D. Lyrsnar, M.P., has telegraphed to the Minister of Defence, saying: "Wilson is again cabling Briggs, giving his flying weight as nine stone six, and is urging Briggs to allow him to accompany him, if only as companion Could you see your way tc supplement Wilson’s further request? It might help the position."
