TEA DING SCORES IN QUALIFYING ROUND. London, June 20. In the first qualifying round, Kirkwood was 73, the best score on the Eden course. Kirkwood’s figures were: —Out, 4,5, 3, 5,5, 5,3, 5, 4. In, 4,4, 4,3, 3,5, 3,4, 4. The only mistakes were missing a drive at the sixth, and taking three putts at the fifteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec.
