The vessei Is coming via Newport News and Panama, and in expected at Auckland about . August 6. MAINDY LODGE WITH COAL. With about 3000 tons of coal aboard, consigned to the Railway Department, tho Maindy Lodge arrived yesterday afternoon from Newcastle. The vessel comes to lhe agency of Messrs. J. A. Redpath and Sons. It is expected that she will leave towards the end of the week for Newcastle. WIRELESS FROM THE ARMAGH. The Federal Line are in receipt of a wireless message from the Armagh stating that the vesrel expects to arrive at Auckland from New York on Thursday night. She is expected here a week later, and will then proceed to Australia. THE POET CURTIS. 7'bj-‘ C. and D. liner Port Curtis arrived at w from Nelson on Bunday. She is due here next .Sunday, and is timed to sail for London from here on July 1. KAIAPOI DIVERTED. The Union Company’s steamer . Kaiapoi, which was expected here yesterday, was diverted when a few hours off, to Lyttelton, fihe will discharge portion of her coal’ cargo at that port and then bring the remainder here.
