GREAT DECREASE IN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS. London, June 9. For the month ended May 81 .imports decreased £80,195,724, and exports £76.231,004, and re-exports £13,028,242. Tho principal decreases 'in imports w.era: Raw cotton, £12,075,654; wool, £8,663,270; oil seeds, etc.. £5,692,564; tifiiber, £4,382.522; dutiable foods and drink. £11,924.244; grain end flour, £3,718.193. Decrease in exports were: —Cotton yarns and manufactures. £28,721,052; woollen, worsted, yarns, and manufactures, £8,754,849; coal, £8,610,638; iron nnd steel manufactures, £7,908,231. —Aus. N.Z.
