If. was stated at a recent meeting of the Wellington College Old Boys’ Association that the officer in charge of the V.C.’s at the burial of an unknown soldier in Westminster Abbey was a Wellington College “old boy,” namely. Brigadier-Gen-eral Bernard ("Tiny”) Freyberg. It is said that this honour was done him as he was the youngest . brigadier-gneral "V.C.” in the British Army.
