WEATHER REPORT
An intense antarctic disturbance has accounted for N-W. and S.W. winds strong to gale, and unsettled squally conditions, especially in and southward of Cook Strait. Rain has fallen in most parts. Indications lust evening were for cold and changeable weather, with heavy showers generally. The barometer is expected to rise everywhere soon.
