SUCCESSFUL COUP AT MESHED.
(Rec. April 13, 1.20 a.m.)
Delhi, April 11.
The Persian Government coup at Aleshed appears to be a complete success, suppressing the hostile plotting, the leaders of which were 'arrested while celebrating the last day of the Persian New Year holidays. • A gendarmerie commandant now governs the province. The situation at Tabriz has also improved greatly.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
