THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY.
Present indications are for increasing northerly winds generally. Expect dull and humid conditions, with heavy rain following in most parts of the Domin- ’ ion. The barometer is likely to fall very low. Barometric pressure has. decreased again in the south to-day, and cloudy skies, with rain, were reported last night, but an improvement has taken place to-day, which can only be regarded as temporary.
